What homes are available?
Move-in ready 3 bed / 2 bath homes are currently listed at $54,900. See Homes for Sale for current listings.
What is the monthly homesite rent?
Homesite (lot) rent is $530/month plus $85/month UCAM (utility & common area maintenance). Utilities are additional. Cable & high-speed internet are included.
Do I need to buy land or move the home?
No. Homes for sale are already sited in the community. Purchase is subject to community approval and a separate homesite lease.
Can I bring my own home?

Can I apply for residency online?
Yes. Prospective home buyers and extended-stay RV residents can submit an application directly online through our Rent Manager portal, or by calling (409) 403-5611.
Which school district is Meadowlark in?
Nederland ISD.
RV sites
What are the RV rates?
$49/night and $225/week with electricity included. $595/month with electricity additional (metered). Cable & high-speed internet included.
Is there a move-in special?
Yes — $199 first month. 3-month minimum stay. Regular site rent $595/month thereafter. Electricity additional. New resident special. Subject to availability and community approval.
What electrical service do sites have?
Combination 50A / 30A / 110V pedestals.
Will my RV fit?
Site fit is confirmed by the office — share your RV length when you inquire.
Can I book online?
Yes! Nightly and weekly RV stays can be booked online instantly through our Rent Manager booking portal. For monthly stays, you can submit an online application or call (409) 403-5611.
